Yes, you can choose a different electric supplier while maintaining your current utility company for delivery services. The utility company will continue to provide the infrastructure (poles, wires, etc.), while you can select an energy supplier that best meets your needs for pricing and contract terms.

To enroll, just click the “Enroll Now” button on our website. Next, select a utility provider based on your zip code, then choose the plan that best suits your needs. You’ll be asked to provide personal details, including your account number. Lastly, complete your enrollment process by reviewing your order.

We don’t charge a fee for switching but check if your current provider imposes an early termination fee.

Late payment fees may apply as per your utility’s terms. Please refer to your utility bill for details.

A combination of market factors, including supply and demand for electricity, fuel costs, transmission and distribution fees, and regulatory decisions by the New York Public Service Commission determines energy rates in New York. While suppliers determine pricing plans, your utility company is responsible for transmitting and delivering electricity.

To lower your electric bill, upgrade to energy-efficient appliances, use smart thermostats, and switch to LED bulbs. Additionally, unplug unused devices, seal air leaks, and limit heating and cooling usage.
