This satisfaction guarantee is not a savings guarantee. Customer must call us to cancel service and initiate program process. Other cancellation methods do not qualify. This includes initiating drop request and returning to customer to utility service by appropriate time according to utility service terms. The refund is calculated as the difference between (1) the posted Utility Rate at the NYS PSC Power to Choose website (for the appropriate period) or as specified by the appropriate Utility and (2) the customer’s rate, multiplied by the volumes consumed by the customer associated with the billing periods covered under the Guarantee.
