1 As a City Power & Gas customer, you may receive access to “City Power & Gas Rewards”. City Power & Gas Rewards is an online reward program, which is both free and voluntary. Full program terms and conditions provided in customer agreement which will be received upon enrollment.
2 Fixed rate customers receive a rebate check after 12 months of consecutive service. Rebate check to be issued within 90 days of their 12-month anniversary of continuous service based on 2% of total supply charges for those 12 months. Full program terms and conditions provided in customer agreement, which will be received upon enrollment.
3 Qualified customer is a City Power and Gas customer enrolled in a fixed rate gas or electricity plan of 12,18, or 24 months within qualified geographic jurisdictions. This satisfaction guarantee is not a savings guarantee. Customer must call us to cancel service and initiate program process. Other cancellation methods do not qualify. This includes initiating drop request and returning to customer to utility service by appropriate time according to utility service terms. The refund is calculated as the difference between (1) the posted Utility Rate at the NYS PSC Power to Choose website (for the appropriate period) or as specified by the appropriate Utility and (2) the customer’s rate, multiplied by the volumes consumed by the customer associated with the billing periods covered under the Guarantee.
*Referrals may only be submitted by an active City Power and Gas residential customer and each qualified referral can only be credited to a single Advocate (referrer). The Friend (referred customer) must not be a current active customer of City Power and Gas at the time of referral. Digital gift cards will be issued by email to the Advocate within 2 – 4 weeks after the Friend has successfully enrolled with City Power and Gas for electricity and/or natural gas residential service. Digital gift cards will be issued by email to the Friend within 2-4 weeks after the Friend has received a second electricity and/or natural gas service invoice from City Power and Gas. A valid form of email is required for receipt of gift card. Any disputes relating to eligibility will be determined solely by City Power and Gas. City Power and Gas may modify or discontinue this program at any time without notice and this program cannot be combined with other reward programs or special offers (unless otherwise stated by the company).
